Late surrender, if offered

For four-or-more-deck total-dependent strategy, common late-surrender decisions include 15 vs dealer 10 and 16 vs dealer 9, 10 or ace under S17. Pair 8s remain a separate strategy case rather than being treated as a generic hard 16.

Verification rule

If the dealer hits soft 17, the game has no-peek rules, doubling is restricted, or surrender is unavailable, use a chart generated for those exact assumptions rather than forcing this table to fit.
