Myth vs fact
A visible streak does not rewrite the wheel.
Roulette produces patterns because random sequences contain patterns. A recent run can be real history without being useful prediction.
Myth: black is due after many reds
Fact: on an independent fair wheel, previous colours do not make the opposite colour more likely on the next spin. The zero pockets also mean red/black are not 50/50 propositions.
Myth: a progression changes the edge
Fact: changing stake size changes volatility and bankroll path. It does not change the payout attached to the underlying wheel outcomes.
Myth: hot numbers must keep running
Fact: a frequency table describes observations. Unless there is credible evidence of a physical or procedural bias, frequency alone is not a mechanism for predicting the next pocket.
